Termat dhe kushtet

1. Pranim i termave

Duke përdorur platformën easyBar.al ("Shërbimi"), ju pranoni të lidheni nga këto Terma dhe Kushte. Nëse nuk pajtoheni me këto terma, ju lutemi mos përdorni shërbimin.

2. Përdorimi i shërbimit

easyBar.al ofron një platformë për menaxhimin e bar dhe restoranteve, duke përfshirë menu dixhitale, menaxhim inventari, raportim dhe integrime me sistemet e fiskalizimit.

Shërbimi ofrohet në bazë abonimi mujor, sezonal ose vjetor
Përdoruesi duhet të sigurojë informacion të saktë gjatë regjistrimit
Përdoruesi është përgjegjës për ruajtjen e konfidencialitetit të llogarisë së tij

3. Përgjegjësitë e përdoruesit

E RËNDËSISHME: Përdoruesi është plotësisht përgjegjës për:

Të gjithë përmbajtjen e ngarkuar (imazhe, përshkrime, çmime, menu)
Saktësinë e informacionit të produkteve dhe alergjenëve
Respektimin e ligjeve të mbrojtjes së konsumatorit
Përdorimin e ligjshëm të fotografive dhe materialeve me të drejta autori
Çdo dëm që rrjedh nga informacioni i pasaktë ose shkelja e rregullave

4. Kufizime të përdorimit

Ju ndaloheni të (shih gjithashtu Politikën e Përdorimit të Pranueshëm):

Përdorni shërbimin për qëllime të paligjshme
Ndani kredencialet tuaja të hyrjes me palë të treta
Bëni inxhinieri të kundërt, kopjoni ose riprodukoni kodin e platformës
Interferoni me sigurinë ose performancën e shërbimit
Ngarkoni përmbajtje të papërshtatshme, ofenduese ose të paligjshme
Ngarkoni imazhe që shkelinë të drejtat e autorit të të tjerëve
Publikoni informacion të rremë për alergjenët ose përbërësit e produkteve

5. Pronësia intelektuale

Të gjitha të drejtat e autorit, markat tregtare dhe pronësia intelektuale e platformës easyBar.al i përkasin kompanisë sonë. Përdoruesi merr vetëm një licensë të kufizuar, jo-ekskluzive për të përdorur shërbimin.

6. Ndërprerja e shërbimit

Ne rezervojmë të drejtën të:

Pezullojmë ose mbyllim llogarinë tuaj për shkelje të termave
Modifikojmë ose ndërpresim shërbimin me njoftim paraprak
Heqim përmbajtje që shkel këto terma ose është e paligjshme

7. Angazhimi ynë ndaj jush

Ne jemi të përkushtuar të ofrojmë një shërbim cilësor dhe mbështetje të vazhdueshme për klientët tanë:

Punojmë vazhdimisht për të përmirësuar përvojën tuaj si klient
Ofrojmë mbështetje teknike sa më shpejt të jetë e mundur
Funksionalitete të reja për të gjithë përdoruesit janë pa pagesë shtesë
Module specifike mund të kenë kosto shtesë, por do t'ju njoftojmë paraprakisht
Jemi pranë jush për të ndihmuar në çdo hap të rrugëtimit tuaj me platformën tonë

8. Kufizimi i përgjegjësisë

easyBar.al NUK mban përgjegjësi për: Dëme direkte, indirekte, rastësore, pasojësore ose dënuese që rrjedhin nga përdorimi ose pamundësia e përdorimit të shërbimit, duke përfshirë por pa u kufizuar në: humbje të të ardhurave, humbje të të dhënave, ndërprerje të biznesit, ose çdo dëm tjetër tregtar. Përgjegjësia jonë totale ndaj jush për të gjitha kërkesat nuk do të kalojë shumën e paguar nga ju për shërbimin gjatë 12 muajve të fundit.

9. Zgjidhja e mosmarrëveshjeve

Çdo mosmarrëveshje që lind nga këto terma do të zgjidhet fillimisht nëpërmjet negociatave miqësore. Nëse nuk arrihet marrëveshje, mosmarrëveshja do t'i nënshtrohet juridiksionit të gjykatave kompetente në Shqipëri.

10. Ndryshime në terma

Ne mund të përditësojmë këto terma në çdo kohë. Ndryshimet do të publikohen në këtë faqe me datën e përditësimit. Përdorimi i vazhdueshëm i shërbimit pas ndryshimeve përbën pranimin e termave të rinj.

1. Acceptance of terms

By using the easyBar.al platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Service usage

easyBar.al provides a platform for managing bars and restaurants, including digital menus, inventory management, reporting, and integrations with fiscalization systems.

The Service is provided on a monthly, seasonal or annual subscription basis
User must provide accurate information during registration
User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account

3. User responsibilities

IMPORTANT: The user is fully responsible for:

All uploaded content (images, descriptions, prices, menus)
Accuracy of product information and allergens
Compliance with consumer protection laws
Lawful use of photographs and copyrighted materials
Any damages resulting from inaccurate information or violation of regulations

4. Usage restrictions

You are prohibited from (see also Acceptable Use Policy):

Using the Service for illegal purposes
Sharing your login credentials with third parties
Reverse engineering, copying or reproducing the platform code
Interfering with the security or performance of the Service
Uploading inappropriate, offensive or illegal content
Uploading images that infringe the copyright of others
Publishing false information about allergens or product ingredients

5. Intellectual property

All copyrights, trademarks and intellectual property of the easyBar.al platform belong to our company. The user receives only a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service.

6. Service termination

We reserve the right to:

Suspend or close your account for violation of terms
Modify or discontinue the Service with prior notice
Remove content that violates these terms or is illegal

7. Our commitment to you

We are committed to providing quality service and ongoing support to our customers:

We continuously work to improve your customer experience
We provide technical support as quickly as possible
New features for all users are provided at no additional cost
Specific modules may have additional costs, but we will notify you in advance
We are here to help you every step of the way with our platform

8. Limitation of liability

easyBar.al is NOT liable for: Direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to: loss of revenue, loss of data, business interruption, or any other commercial damages. Our total liability to you for all claims shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service during the last 12 months.

9. Dispute resolution

Any dispute arising from these terms will be resolved initially through amicable negotiations. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Albania.

10. Changes to terms

We may update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the update date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
